attempting to convert a m4a song to mp3. keep getting an issue converting this file message. file is m4a format & will not record nor play on WMP. using win xp. can play the song in itunes. changed the default media player to itunes but MUVAudio2 still still requires WMP to record. how do you get around this issue?

You would need to install the AAC/M4A plugin from here that lets WMP play M4A files: http://www.orban.com/plugin/
