I have a common problem when playing BF2 and BF2142, my microphone mutes whenever I join a server. I want to try your product to freeze my settings, since I can't alt-tab in BF2142.

After installation, I try to run the program, and get the following dialog box:

Message: Value does not fall within the expected range.

I have a Creative Soundblaster Audigy 2 ZS soundcard, using driver version 5.12.4.1196.

I run a Dell Dimension 8400, with 1 gb of memory, and a 3.6 ghz Pentium 4 processory. My OS is Windows XP Professional, SP 2.

I do not know what version of Muvixer I am trying to run, as I can't open the program. It is the freeware version that you can currently download on your website.

I currently run Windows Mediaplayer version 10.00.00.4036 on my computer.

I do not know if I have .net Framework installed.

It looks like others had a similar problem, but I could not find a fix. I would love to try your program. Thanks for the help.

We'll look into the issue as soon as we have time.

Thanks,

Please email muvaudio.support@gmail.com with the above information so that we can send you test versions of Muvixer to help determine the cause and the resolution.

Thank you,

We've released a test version which you can download at www.muvixer.com/muvixerv1200test.exe

Please download it and test it to see if it addresses your problem. Also, if you encounter any errors, please make sure to send the exception information.

Thank you,
