I have tried muvaudio on 3 computers all have different hardware, on all 3 the muvaudio would freeze every now and then where the one VAC would stop recording(v1.4 also), I believe this is not dependent on hardware or software configurations but is rather caused by source files in some way...

"Solution": In the task manager sort processes by "image name", -> find the muvaudio.exe processes, there should be #of VACs in use +1. -> look at the ammount of memory in use by each process, looking at the ones that use around 40000 kB of memory, find the one that uses the least amount of memory and #of kB of memory is NOT changing -> kill that process.

You will see that recording on the frozen VAC has "finished", it will restart again when all the other VACs have finished recording, and in my experience will record the "problem" file correctly. You will ususally find a duplicate of this file in the destination folder, search the destination folder for ~ in windows explorer & eliminate duplicates.

Feature Suggestion: Have a feature to automatically KILL a VAC instance after a certain period of time

We actually didn't quite know if this was possible, but we think we achieved your feature request and then some.
