Hi.

I have been trying to convert my itunes library to MP3 and it was working great until it got to the M4P's.

Firstly it seems to be cutting off the endings on virtually all of the converted files, sometimes minutes, usually a few seconds (enough for it to be noticeable). I have tried playing them in itunes and vlc but the ends are are still cut-off

Secondly, (but this is fixable quite easily) the files just stop converting with various error messages. I have found that restarting my pc and starting again makes it all work just fine again, except for cutting tracks short.

Also, sometimes the default audio device is not switched so it starts playing the music through the speakers and produces a blank mp3.

Finally, it seems quite slow, though I assume this is simply because its quite complicated changing m4p to mp3?

My recommended speed is 26 though I have it on auto.

Here is my system as shown in Muvaudio:

Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 B50 Processor, Count: 4
Memory: 4095 MB OS: Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7600.0 x64

Thanks :)

edit - also, it appears to only convert 1 m4p file at a time, is this normal or should it be able to do more?

Sorry for the horrible delay in responding to this post.

We're looking into the issues with the missing audio when converting .m4p files. We'll let you know when we're able to recreate it (we've been unable to so far) and have a fix.

M4P files can only be converted one at a time due to the way iTunes works. M4P, M4V, AA, and AAX should be the only file types that have this limitiation.

Thanks,
